Moving just moved into the 21st century. We dont sell moving boxes, but we do make them smarter! SmarterBoxes was founded by a husband and father who went through a move with his family and thought "There just has to be a better way". SmarterBoxes is NOT a moving company, a storage company or a box company. SmarterBoxes is a solution designed solely for the purpose of making moving easier for individuals, families and even small businesses. SmarterBoxes gives you:

1. Personalized, pre-numbered labels with QR codes for individually labeling each of your boxes. Peel them and stick them onto your moving boxes – we even give you 4 labels for each box (one per side). Your personalized labels will arrive in 2 business days or less – free shipping – after you setup your account and place your order at smarterboxes.com.

2. Use of our smartphone app (in combination with your labels) to record what you pack in each box. You can take up to 5 pictures and enter up to 10 text descriptions per box. You can also specify the house and room that each box came from, and the house and room where each box should be delivered. No more magic markers, no more translating what you (or someone else) wrote using those magic markers. Just use the app to scan the QR codes on the labels or type in the box number to access everything about that box.

3. MULTIPLE USERS – NO EXTRA CHARGE! Your spouse, your kids, your cousins, your neighbors...anyone that is going to help you pack and/or move can download the app and join your account. So if you pack boxes 1-10 using SmarterBoxes on your phone or tablet and someone else packs boxes 11-20 on their phone or tablet, the information for all 20 boxes will be kept in sync on all phones/tablets that are linked to your SmarterBoxes account.

4. The ability to manage moves as large as 500 boxes. And regardless of how big or small your move is, you will know exactly how many boxes you have packed at any point in time.

5. The ability to track exactly how many boxes your moving company loads and unloads. As they load the moving truck, just scan the labels on each box - it will keep a running count of the boxes loaded. And as you unload, you can see the "destination" room information for each box so the movers put each box in the right place. If any boxes are missing, youll be able to tell in real-time...before the movers leave.

6. The ability to find out exactly what is in each box as you unpack - without having to open it. Just walk up to a box and scan the label with your SmarterBoxes app - or type in the box number shown on the label. And if you used text descriptions when you packed, you can search across your entire box inventory for exactly what you are looking for. No more guessing which box your stuff is in. You will save HOURS... maybe DAYS unpacking. Even if your boxes went to storage or arent physically with you, you can use the SmarterBoxes app to see what was packed in them.
